Ingredients:
4 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Cups Nevella (no calorie sweetener)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 Cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 Cups fat free milk
3 Cups fresh blueberries
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Add slightly beaten egg, oil, and milk.
Stir in the blueberries. Dough will be very thick.
Fill muffins cups half-full.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
