PINEAPPLE GINGER DRESSING


1 can (about 20 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
8 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
100 grams chopped ginger root
1 teaspoon Kosher salt

To make the dressing, purée all of the dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Makes 3 cups / 30 Servings
